Ingredients

- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium high heat.
- Mix miso paste, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Add olive oil to the pan.
- Pat cod dry and coat with glaze.
- Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
- Spoon glaze over fish while cooking.
- Garnish with green onions and serve over mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Use fresh ginger for best flavor
- Do not overcrowd the pan
- Adjust sweetness to taste
