Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar, then add eggs, vanilla, and food coloring.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture and fold in white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
