Ingredients
Scale
- 12 ounces farfalle pasta
- 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into chunks
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a large baking dish.
- Cook the farfalle pasta until slightly under al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta, salmon chunks, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl and gently mix.
- Transfer everything to the prepared baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and extra parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let the pasta bake rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Cook the pasta slightly under al dente so it finishes perfectly in the oven.
- Freshly grated parmesan melts more smoothly and gives better flavor.
- Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
- For extra crispiness, broil the top for 2 minutes before serving.
