This creamy and festive St. Patrick’s Day Fudge is made with white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and a touch of almond extract. It’s dyed green for the holiday and decorated with fun sprinkles, making it the perfect treat for celebrating!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
  • Green food coloring
  • Green sprinkles or St. Patrick’s Day-themed decorations

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
  • Melt the Fudge Base:
    • In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
    • Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Add Flavor and Color:
    • Stir in the vanilla extract and almond extract (if using).
    • Add green food coloring a few drops at a time, mixing well until you achieve the desired shade of green.
  • Pour and Decorate:
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
    • Immediately sprinkle the top with green sprinkles or St. Patrick’s Day-themed decorations.
  • Chill and Set:
    • Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  • Cut and Serve:
    • Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
    • Cut into squares or rectangles with a sharp knife. For a festive touch, use a shamrock-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes.

Notes

  • If you prefer a stronger almond flavor, you can adjust the almond extract to your taste.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • You can also add a pinch of sea salt on top for a sweet-and-salty twist!
