Instructions
- Chill the ice cream maker bowl in advance.
- Whisk heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Beat cream cheese until creamy in a separate bowl.
- Combine cream cheese with the base mixture, then fold in strawberries and lemon juice.
- Pour into ice cream maker and churn until thick.
- Gently fold in crushed graham crackers.
- Freeze for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
