  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 56 pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the Ranch seasoning mix and Au Jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Add the butter on top of the seasonings and place the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and stir to combine with the buttery sauce.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
