Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with your hand or the back of a spoon.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • You can store these cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • For an extra crunchy texture, add chopped peanuts or more Reese’s Pieces.
  • For a firmer cookie, reduce the baking time by 1-2 minutes.
